For the first time in years, I'm opening up commissions this summer! This journal may seem premature, but I'll be doing them only over the summer, since I don't have time to do them during the school year. So the sooner you contact me, the better the chance of getting a commission! You may commission me to do fantasy, wildlife, anime, or pets- just about any style you see in my gallery. You can choose between graphite, coloured pencil, digital, ink lineart and possibly watercolour. The price will depend on the medium, the style, the size and the complexity. Obviously more than one subject or the addition of a background will drive the price up. Below are some examples of styles and mediums.

Inked Lineart:
Example 1, Example 2

Photoshop
Anime (fully shaded): Example
Animal/ landscape: Example
Anime (cel-shaded, painted background): Example
Anime (cel-shaded, simple/ solid/ no background): Example

Coloured Pencil
Photorealism (Animals only!! simple to no bg): Example
Illustration (can have landscape or simple/no background): Example

Graphite
Photorealism: Example1, Example2
Illustration/ anime: Example

Watercolour
Animal: Example
Fantasy: Example

These are just a few examples of each. If you see any style in my gallery you like, you can commission me for it. To commission me, either Note me on deviantART or e-mail: flowerkark (at) yahoo (dot) com

Prices will range widely, though you can expect them to fall anywhere between $15 to $100+. Please don't contact me unless you will see the commission through. I will contact you repeatedly throughout the process with sketches and prep work to ensure it's how you want it. Please respond to these e-mails, or I will assume you've dropped the commission. I will be accepting commissions up until the end of July, or until the slots are full. If you commission me now, I will start working on them either mid-May or mid-June depending on how much free time I have over my Mayterm semester.

Hold yourself open for more work from me, please. ;)
Lol, of course! :) Over the summer this will be my only 'job,' so I'll have lots of time for comics and commissions. I draw stand-alone art a lot lot faster than comics, too. I can whip our pencil and coloured pencil pieces at about one every other day. I'm just kinda slow with digital colouring.

Btw, for the random book art, I might not have time to do all of them digitally, would the printing quality be high enough for me to do a couple in fully shaded graphite?

I have a Shivae one I'm doing in colour. I'd like to do one of Zaile and one of Lucas, but I'm not sure I have time to ink & cel-shade them.

*Rereads* Yes, doing fully shaded images is fine for the b/w book. :) They'll look nice. The AD work isn't as dire. I'm probably going to hold onto them for awhile.
